Refunds & Returns Policy

Hopefully, you will be pleased with your purchase from OLEVSSTORE.COM and we will always provide you with better products and prices. It’s better for you to understand the following before placing an order.

Registration Terms

If you provide a wrong delivery address, you shall bear 99% of the liability. If you have used the wrong address for any order, please contact us as soon as you realize it, but it’s impossible to apply the corrected address to the order if it is already shipped.

Items Damaged in Transit

If an item is found visibly damaged on receipt, we kindly ask you to support us by accepting the parcel and contacting us within 7 working days, as well as providing us with the evidence as follows:

  1. Photos of the front and back sides of the packaging box;
  2. A photo, video, or screenshot of the defective item;
  3. A photo, video, or screenshot of the defective item or the defective part of the parcel.

Our sales manager will communicate with you for further information.

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

About return

  1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted, and refunds will not be provided.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. The refund amount is equal to the purchase price minus shipping costs. Returns arising from quality issues are free shipping.

How to return goods?

  1. Send the order number and simple reason for return to customer support email
  2. We will respond to your request within 2 days. If the result is approval of your application, please return the product to the address specified in the email.
  3. The receiving party will conduct an inspection of the returned shipment upon its receipt.
  4. If the shipment inspection results are normal, a refund will be initiated within 2 working days.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


  1. We are not responsible for any packages lost or returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
  2. Please do not include items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 2 days after we receive your package. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method selected by you. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 14 days to be credited to your original payment method.
  4. Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
  5. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  6. The sender’s address on your package is NOT the return address. If you send the return package to that address, the processing time for your return may be delayed. You should only send the return package to the address on the return label we provide.- Please make sure you don’t accidentally include any item in your return package that you do not wish to return.
