12 Months Movement Warranty

General
- The movement is guaranteed for one year. If the exterior parts are damaged and not guaranteed, you shall bear the replacement cost and round-trip freight.
- Customers will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace them with new ones and ship them back to you.
- It is normal, but it is better to check if there is no problem after receiving it. The warranty service from Vietnam to abroad is not perfect enough.
- Please note: we can only provide a warranty to customers who purchase products on the website olevsstore.com, if you purchase products from other websites you will not receive a warranty from us.
Service and Repair Policies in the Warranty Period
Please kindly provide us with evidence as below: photos and videos of the defective item. After providing such information to the relevant sales manager and the problem is acknowledged, you can send the items back to us for repair.
Please email the below details to your sales manager’s email address or support@olevsstore.com after you send back the defective items:
- Tracking number for the returned parcel;
- The model number of the returned item;
- Detailed description of the problem for each item
- Original Order number from OLEVSSTORE for each item
- All parcels shall be sent back by post, or we won’t sign to accept the parcel if any duties arise from shipping by any other express delivery method.
