2. Delivery Address

Please ensure we have your correct and current address for shipping and delivery. You may use P.O. boxes as your shipping address. But certain items can only be delivered to physical addresses. Giant products, valuables, perishables, products with age-based restrictions, or items shipped via private carriers may require a physical mailing address or signature confirmation to be successfully delivered.

Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.

We may also indicate in the product listings that they are unable to ship products to P.O. boxes.

Items are temporarily unavailable in these states of America: Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico/Guam/Armed Forces Pacific/Armed Forces Europe/Armed Forces Americas.

3. Shipping Time

You may see longer delivery times than you’re used to from other e-commerce websites. This is because items may be coming from another country or need to be bundled or packaged with other similar-sized items. Other external factors, such as current events or shipping carrier delays, may change the actual arrival time of your item.

4. Orders Tracking

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, the express information, and the package tracking number. You can also track the status of your order through email. Things about order modification, refund processing, shipping updating, and so on will be notified to you in real-time by email.

5. Delivery Issues

Please note that the notification email will be sent to the email address you left in your contact information on the checkout page or the email address you used to register your account. If the email address you left is invalid or not in use, we will not be liable for any risk or loss caused by this.

If you change your mind midway, please don’t just reject the package. To cancel your order, please get in touch with us to explain the situation, and we will handle the return for you following our return/refund policy. We do not assume the risk of loss or damage to the package arising from the rejection.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service (support@olevsstore.com) within 30 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, please get in touch with our customer service within 60 days of the order date.

If there is any damage to the package and/or products inside, or if there is any item(s) missing, please contact us at support@olevsstore.com within the day with pictures and/or videos.

We are not responsible for any packages lost or returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
