Shipping Questions

1. When will my order ship?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 17 pm (GMT+7) will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 17 pm (GMT+7) on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

2. Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country in which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Olevsstore.com cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Order Information & Concerns

1. I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, we will be unable to make any changes.

2. Why was my order canceled?
If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a PayPal account. If you do not have PayPal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com

Watch Specs & Warranty

1. What type of movement is used?
Depending on the model, the movement can be Mechanical or Quartz. Information will be clearly presented on the product detail page.

2. Are OLEVS watches waterproof?
Most if not all of our Watches are Waterproof, see specific information on the product detail page.

3. What type of leather is used?
Our leather straps are made of genuine cowhide leather.

4. What is the glass made of?
The glass we use for our watches is made of hardened mineral crystal.

5. Is there a warranty?
The movement is guaranteed for one year. If the exterior parts are damaged and not guaranteed, you shall bear the replacement cost and round-trip freight.

International Shipping Questions

1. How are taxes and duties calculated?
As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. You should contact your customs office for more information.

2. What is the exchange rate applied?
When purchasing in a currency other than USD, the conversion is performed by our partner Flow Commerce, Inc. and includes a conversion fee, which covers processing and guarantees the exchange rate at the time of checkout.

We recommend paying for your order in the currency in which your payment method was issued. While you have the choice to pay in a different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency back to your home currency.
