Refunds & Returns Policy

At OLEVSSTORE.COM, we aim to provide the best products and customer service. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review the following information before making your purchase.

Registration Terms

  • You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If you provide an incorrect address, you will bear 99% of the liability. If you realize the mistake, please contact us immediately. However, once the order has shipped, we cannot update the address.

Items Damaged in Transit

  • If you receive an item that is visibly damaged, please accept the package and contact us within 7 working days. Provide the following evidence:
    • Photos of the front and back of the packaging box.
    • A photo, video, or screenshot of the damaged item or part of the parcel.
  • Our sales team will assist you with the next steps.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the packing and shipping process begins, the order cannot be canceled.

Exchanges

  • The quickest way to get a replacement is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Return Policy

  • We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted, and refunds will not be provided.
  • The refund will be equal to the purchase price minus shipping costs. Returns for quality issues will have free shipping.

How to Return Goods

  1. Send your order number and the reason for return to support@olevsstore.com.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days. If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address.
  3. Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item. If it meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued within 2 working days.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that processing may take some time by your bank or credit card company.

Additional Information

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for any packages lost or returned due to incorrect or insufficient address details.
  • Please ensure no non-OLEVSSTORE.COM items are included in your return package. We will not return those items.
  • If you send the return package to the wrong address (other than the one provided in the return label), the processing time may be delayed.

Refunds typically take up to 14 days depending on your financial institution. Due to current circumstances, processing times may take an additional 3-5 days. We appreciate your patience.
