OLEVSSTORE Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These OLEVSSTORE Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the OLEVSSTORE Affiliate Program (“Program”).
The Program is operated through Olevsstore.com (“OLEVSSTORE”) by Linh Anh Tech. Investment Co., Ltd.
By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Affiliate Terms, together with any other applicable policies published on Olevsstore.com.
If you do not agree to these Affiliate Terms, you should not participate in the Program.
1. Affiliate Eligibility
Applicants must provide accurate and complete information when applying to the Program.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your location and promotional activities.
OLEVSSTORE may approve or reject an affiliate application at its discretion.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.
2. Affiliate Approval
Affiliate registrations are reviewed before activation.
We may consider factors including your website, social media presence, content, audience, promotional methods, and the information submitted with your application.
Approved affiliates will receive access to an Affiliate Account and may begin using authorized affiliate referral links.
Approval may be withdrawn if information provided during registration is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.
3. Affiliate Commission
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard commission rate is:
10% of the eligible product value of a qualifying referred purchase.
Commission calculations exclude:
- Shipping charges
- Taxes
- Refunded amounts
- Cancelled items
- Other amounts determined to be ineligible under these Affiliate Terms
Discounts applied to an order may reduce the amount on which affiliate commission is calculated.
OLEVSSTORE may establish different commission rates for individual affiliates, products, campaigns, or promotional arrangements in the future. Any such arrangement will apply only where communicated or agreed to by OLEVSSTORE.
4. Qualifying Purchases
A purchase may qualify for affiliate commission when:
- The customer reaches Olevsstore.com through a valid affiliate referral;
- The referral is successfully tracked;
- The purchase occurs within the applicable referral tracking period;
- The order is successfully placed and paid;
- The order is not cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, charged back, or otherwise determined to be ineligible; and
- The Affiliate has complied with these Affiliate Terms.
A recorded referral or commission does not necessarily mean that the commission is immediately eligible for payout.
5. Referral Tracking
The standard referral tracking period is 30 days.
Referral tracking may rely on cookies and other technical mechanisms provided by our affiliate system.
Tracking can be affected by factors outside OLEVSSTORE’s control, including browser settings, privacy settings, cookie deletion, ad blockers, device changes, tracking prevention technologies, and other technical limitations.
OLEVSSTORE does not guarantee that every visit, referral, or purchase will be successfully tracked.
6. Affiliate Attribution
The Program generally uses a last-affiliate attribution model.
Where a customer interacts with referral links from more than one OLEVSSTORE affiliate before completing an eligible purchase, the commission will generally be attributed to the last eligible affiliate referral successfully recorded by our affiliate tracking system.
Affiliate attribution is determined by OLEVSSTORE’s tracking records.
7. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks
Affiliate commissions associated with refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, charged-back, or otherwise invalid purchases may be rejected or reversed.
A standard 30-day refund grace period applies before commissions become eligible for payout.
If a commission has already been paid and the underlying transaction is subsequently refunded, reversed, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent or ineligible, OLEVSSTORE reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from future affiliate commissions or otherwise recover the overpayment where permitted.
8. Minimum Payout
The minimum affiliate payout threshold is:
$50 USD in eligible unpaid commissions.
Affiliate balances below the minimum payout threshold will remain in the affiliate account until the threshold and all other payout requirements have been satisfied.
Reaching the minimum threshold does not override the refund grace period, fraud review, verification requirements, or any other eligibility requirement.
9. Affiliate Payments
Affiliate payments are processed according to the payment methods and payout procedures made available by OLEVSSTORE.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
OLEVSSTORE is not responsible for payment delays or failures caused by inaccurate payment details supplied by the Affiliate, payment-provider restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, declarations, reporting obligations, or other legal obligations applicable to affiliate income in their jurisdiction.
10. Self-Referrals
Self-referrals are prohibited.
Affiliates may not use their own referral links, accounts, identities, payment methods, or other mechanisms to generate commission from their own purchases.
Affiliates must not arrange purchases primarily for the purpose of generating affiliate commission.
Commission resulting from self-referrals may be rejected or reversed, and repeated or deliberate self-referral activity may result in suspension or termination from the Program.
11. Prohibited Promotional Methods
Affiliates may not use the Program in connection with:
- False, deceptive, or misleading advertising;
- Spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
- Fraudulent traffic, fake clicks, fake orders, bots, or automated referral activity;
- Cookie stuffing or forced cookie placement;
- Hidden redirects or deceptive links;
- Unauthorized software, browser extensions, adware, or similar mechanisms designed to overwrite or capture affiliate attribution;
- False scarcity or misleading pricing claims;
- Unsupported product, warranty, medical, health, or performance claims;
- Content that violates applicable law or third-party rights;
- Any activity intended to manipulate OLEVSSTORE’s affiliate tracking or commission system.
OLEVSSTORE may reject commissions or terminate affiliate accounts associated with prohibited promotional activity.
12. Coupons and Promotional Codes
Affiliates may only advertise coupon codes, discounts, promotions, or special offers that have been explicitly authorized for affiliate promotion by OLEVSSTORE.
Affiliates must not:
- Create unauthorized coupon codes;
- Advertise expired or nonexistent discounts;
- Misrepresent publicly available discounts as exclusive affiliate offers;
- Promote coupon codes obtained from unauthorized sources; or
- Make misleading claims regarding OLEVSSTORE pricing or promotions.
The existence of a coupon or promotional code does not automatically make the resulting order eligible for affiliate commission.
13. Paid Search and Trademark Advertising
Unless OLEVSSTORE provides prior written authorization, affiliates may not bid on or purchase paid-search advertising using OLEVSSTORE brand terms or confusingly similar variations.
Restricted terms include, without limitation:
- OLEVSSTORE
- Olevsstore.com
- Misspellings or confusingly similar variations of these terms
Affiliates must not create advertisements, domains, social media accounts, pages, or other materials that falsely suggest they are OLEVSSTORE itself.
Use of third-party brand names, including OLEVS and other brands sold through Olevsstore.com, must comply with applicable law, the rights of the relevant brand owner, and any instructions provided by OLEVSSTORE.
14. Domain Names and Social Media Accounts
Affiliates may not register or operate domain names, usernames, social media accounts, pages, groups, or profiles that impersonate OLEVSSTORE or are reasonably likely to confuse consumers regarding ownership or official status.
Affiliates must clearly represent themselves as independent publishers, creators, reviewers, or affiliates.
15. Product and Brand Representation
Affiliates must represent OLEVSSTORE and products available through Olevsstore.com accurately.
Affiliates must not make false or unsupported claims concerning:
- Product specifications
- Product origin
- Pricing
- Discounts
- Availability
- Shipping times
- Returns
- Warranty coverage
- Product performance
- Brand relationships
- OLEVSSTORE’s relationship with manufacturers or other brands
Product information can change. Affiliates should verify current information on Olevsstore.com before publishing time-sensitive claims.
16. Affiliate Disclosure
Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship whenever required by applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, or advertising standards.
Disclosures should be clear, conspicuous, and reasonably understandable to the audience.
For example, where appropriate, an Affiliate may disclose:
“I may earn a commission if you purchase through links in this content.”
Affiliates are responsible for determining and complying with disclosure requirements applicable to their jurisdiction and promotional platform.
17. Intellectual Property
Participation in the Program does not transfer ownership of any OLEVSSTORE intellectual property to an Affiliate.
Affiliates may use approved brand materials solely for the purpose of promoting OLEVSSTORE under the Program and in accordance with these Affiliate Terms.
Affiliate use of logos, product images, trademarks, trade names, or other intellectual property must not imply ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, or a relationship beyond the Affiliate’s actual participation in the Program.
OLEVSSTORE may require an Affiliate to modify or discontinue particular uses of OLEVSSTORE materials.
18. Affiliate Content
Affiliates are responsible for the content they publish and the promotional channels they operate.
Participation in the Program does not make an Affiliate an employee, representative, agent, partner, franchisee, or joint venture partner of OLEVSSTORE or Linh Anh Tech. Investment Co., Ltd.
Affiliates do not have authority to make commitments, guarantees, warranties, or representations on behalf of OLEVSSTORE.
19. Monitoring and Compliance
OLEVSSTORE may review affiliate activity, traffic, referrals, orders, promotional methods, and other relevant information to protect customers and the integrity of the Program.
We may request additional information from an Affiliate where necessary to investigate unusual activity or verify compliance.
Commissions may be temporarily withheld while suspected fraud, abuse, refunds, chargebacks, or policy violations are investigated.
20. Suspension and Termination
OLEVSSTORE may suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the Program for reasons including:
- Violation of these Affiliate Terms;
- Fraud or suspected fraud;
- Self-referrals;
- Misleading advertising;
- Unauthorized trademark bidding;
- Spam;
- Manipulation of affiliate tracking;
- Abuse of coupons or promotions;
- Providing false registration or payment information;
- Conduct that may harm customers, OLEVSSTORE, or the integrity of the Program.
An Affiliate may also stop participating in the Program at any time.
Upon termination, the Affiliate must stop using OLEVSSTORE affiliate links and any materials that the Affiliate is no longer authorized to use.
Fraudulent, prohibited, or otherwise ineligible commissions may be rejected or forfeited.
21. Program Changes
OLEVSSTORE may modify the Program, including commission rates, tracking periods, payout thresholds, eligible products, promotional rules, or these Affiliate Terms.
Material changes may be communicated through Olevsstore.com, the Affiliate Account, email, or other reasonable means.
Continued participation in the Program after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Affiliate Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
22. Program Availability
OLEVSSTORE does not guarantee that the Affiliate Program, any particular product, commission rate, promotional campaign, tracking feature, or affiliate functionality will remain available indefinitely.
The Program may be modified, suspended, or discontinued.
23. No Guarantee of Earnings
Participation in the Program does not guarantee traffic, sales, commissions, or any particular level of earnings.
Affiliate results depend on many factors, including audience, content, promotional methods, customer behavior, product availability, pricing, and market conditions.
24. Relationship of the Parties
Affiliates participate in the Program as independent parties.
Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, fiduciary, or joint venture relationship between the Affiliate and OLEVSSTORE or Linh Anh Tech. Investment Co., Ltd.
Affiliates are responsible for their own business expenses, taxes, legal obligations, and promotional activities.
25. Limitation and Other Website Terms
Use of Olevsstore.com remains subject to applicable website policies, including the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refunds & Returns Policy, and other policies published on the website.
If an Affiliate also purchases products from Olevsstore.com, the applicable customer terms governing that purchase continue to apply independently of these Affiliate Terms.

By submitting an application to the OLEVSSTORE Affiliate Program or continuing to participate in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
