12-month movement warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects related to the internal movement of the watch under normal use conditions.

2. Eligibility

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Olevsstore.com.
To be eligible:

  • The order must be verifiable in our system
  • The customer must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase

Important: This is a retailer-provided warranty, applicable exclusively to purchases made on Olevsstore.com. If your product was purchased from another seller, marketplace, or website, please contact the original seller for warranty and support. 3. What Is Covered

  • Movement defects
  • Watches that stop working or run inaccurately due to internal mechanical issues
  • Manufacturing faults under normal usage conditions

4. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Watch straps (leather, stainless steel, rubber, etc.)
  • Glass (scratches, cracks, or breakage)
  • Watch case or dial damage (scratches, dents, oxidation)
  • Battery (for quartz watches)
  • Normal wear and tear over time

Damage caused by the following is also not covered:

  • Drops, impacts, or accidents
  • Improper use or handling
  • Water damage due to misuse
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

In such cases, repair services may be offered with an additional fee.

5. Warranty Process
