Warranty Eligibility

This warranty applies exclusively to:

  • Products purchased directly from our website
  • Orders that can be verified in our system

Important:

OLEVS operates under an ODM model and does not sell directly to end users. Different sellers provide different product standards and warranty policies.

Therefore, we do not provide warranty or support for products purchased from:

  • Amazon
  • AliExpress
  • eBay
  • Flipkart
  • Any other third-party sellers

In such cases, please contact the original seller for support.

Warranty Coverage

  • Watch not running or inaccurate due to mechanical issues
  • Manufacturing faults under normal use conditions

Not Covered

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Watch straps (leather, stainless steel, rubber, etc.)
  • Glass (scratches, cracks, or breakage)
  • Watch face (scratches, dents, oxidation)
  • Battery (for quartz watches)
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Damage caused by:
    • Drops or impact
    • Water misuse / water damage
    • Improper use
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

These cases may be repaired with a service fee.

Warranty Process

To request warranty service, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit Information

Email: support@olevsstore.com

Include:

  • Clear video or photos showing the issue
  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Order number
  • Product model

Our team will review and respond as soon as possible.

Step 2: Return the Product

If your request is approved:

  • You will be instructed to send the product to our service center
  • Please use standard postal service only
  • Do not use shipping methods that may incur customs duties (these may be refused)

Step 3: Inspection & Replacement

  • Once received, we will inspect the product
  • If the issue is covered under warranty → a replacement will be provided
  • The replacement will be shipped back to you

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the product to us
  • We will handle processing and return shipping after warranty service
